How T0 Rise Again With No Giving Up

Don’t stop mid-wise. Don’t reset too many times. Learn how to rise again after staying down for some time struggling and fighting, using your power with no giving up.

It is easier to give up and choose another road, and it’s more comfortable to quit and restart all over again. Having it convenient and restful may not be the answer all the time.

Sometimes you got to restart and reset the process when there are no other ways out or you have no left energy which may affect your quality of life.

However, some crisis comes into life to sort and rearrange, to allow certain opportunities to appear and drive away useless obstacles.

It’s just, you may not be able to spot them and recognize their benefit through the hard times you are facing. It’s your will to choose to stay and fight, pause and reprepare, or run away and reset. It’s also your responsibility to judge and evaluate your situation and to decide after that.

Why run away?

Avoidance is more energy-draining and deflating. Running into your shield of loneliness and comfort will make your heart sour and hurt. You can evade and retreat if you have the plan to fight with perseverance later.

You will have to confront what is facing you either now or later, then why not go through now and clear your way for better performance later?

You will do it anyway, then while you are younger one day, and stronger a little bit more, just do whatever it takes to make you one step closer to your dream.

You don’t have to be perfect

No one is perfect. Perfection is one of the faraway stars you are watching in your night sky. It looks just like it’s named, just perfect, yet it’s not reachable.

You can always pursue it and get closer thinking you have arrived to find out you are still far away.

You are perfect in your own imperfection. What you miss and what you lack is what is making you shine. So, aim for perfection knowing that you will never be. For that, you will be the very closest to it.

Work harder for what you believe in and leave the rest to God. He will guide you to be the best version of yourself as long as you are still going forward with all your might.

Stop blaming yourself

For us humans, when weakness takes control, we tend to blame ourselves for everything. No, it’s not the answer to your questions or the correction for your mistakes.

Stop blaming yourself because it will stay your only supporter and comrade in your long life journey.

You can blame your plans, your actions, or everything you relate to any failure you face. But, blaming yourself for not doing your part well is not going to readjust what has been done or change the results.

Don’t make your soul gets dark by always making it take the blame otherwise it will turn into a bad habit that will make you miss the real culprits of your every unwanted destination.

Take notes of everything

Take notes of everything that helps you remain reminded of your real targets. You will forget why you started and start doubting your intentions because your negative feelings may outweigh your positive ones. For that, write down your deep thoughts, your ideas, your good traits, and your dreams.

Don’t forget to write notes about your victories and your emotions at the most exciting moments. It really helps a lot when you take a look at what you wrote when you feel you are not making any progress.

That way, you will get the answer to your question of whether to restart or continue.

Remember that everyone is fighting their own battles

When you think about other people and how their life is complicated and hard, you will know you are not alone. It will give you the strength to hold on and endure.

Everyone is doing his best not to collapse or to be forced to stop. No one has an easy life no matter how happy they seem. What they achieve will bring them happiness despite how fierce the battle becomes.

Try to count how many persons you know in your circles may have thought of giving up and doing the reset process. You will find the answer surprisingly comforting.

We are all struggling to start, striving to continue, and combating not giving in to our weak selves every time we pause or rest for a little.

Nevertheless, there are people who succeed and get what they want and then plan other goals, and people who are still tripping while discovering themselves and their goals with no giving up. So, don’t reset often, and don’t give up because you are not the only one and you are not alone!
